IWN shutting down on Ning

AS OF MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
The Independent Writer's Network will no longer be carried on the Ning Network. The reason - GREED.

Back in May - Ning decided to start charging a monthly fee to sponsor their networks. As a non-profit social site, I was faced with two choices- either start paying out of pocket - or start charging members a fee for membership. I REFUSE TO DO EITHER.

I have set up the IWN on an alternative network - spruz.com - it is free to join and I invite everyone to join me on this new network with more and better features.

I apologize to the all members who help me and the administrative team run a successful site, especially those who were with me from the beginning.
